Dr. Tim Atkinson is an educator, coach, and mindfulness teacher. He is also holds Master Practioner status with the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI). He coaches high-level performers working in medicine and leadership. He shares his wisdom for mindfulness in his new book entitled Unwind: A Christian's Guide to Battling Stress, Worry, and Anxiety.
